      39-1607.   Mental health and developmental disabilities; certain powers,duties and functions.All thosepowers,duties, functions of adult services, which were part of the adultservicescommunity and day living program, or similar programs prior to March 1,1991, and which providemental health services to persons, including persons residing inintermediate care facilities that provide mental health services, arepowers, duties and functions of mentalhealth and developmental disabilities.
