38-612. Penalty for unlawful employment.That any person, firm or corporation employing any person or child inviolation of any provision of this act, or permitting or conniving at suchviolation, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon convictionthereof shall be fined in a sum not less than twenty-five dollars nor morethan one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for aperiod of not less than thirty days nor more than ninety days.
