      38-1359.   Enforcement under HagueConvention.(UCCJEA 302). Under K.S.A. 38-1358 through 38-1374 and amendmentsthereto, a court of this state may enforce an order for the return of the childmade under the Hague Convention on the civil aspects of international childabduction as if it were a child-custody determination.
