Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 13.--CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION

      38-1342.   Priority.(UCCJEA 107). If a question of existence orexercise ofjurisdiction under this act is raised in a child-custody proceeding,thequestion, upon request of a party, must be given priority on thecalendarand handled expeditiously.
