Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      38-143.   Same; definitions.As used in the grandparents as caregivers act:

      (a)   "Program" means the grandparents as caregivers program.

      (b)   "Secretary" means the secretary of the department of social andrehabilitation services.

      (c)   "Department" means the department of social and rehabilitation services.
