Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-285.   Endorser not a guarantor.The endorsement of a receipt shall not make the endorser liable for anyfailure on the part of the warehouseman or previous endorsers of thereceipt to fulfill their respective obligations.
