      32-880.   Same; refunding revenue bonds authorized.The secretary may issue revenue bonds for the purpose of refunding revenuebonds issued under K.S.A. 32-876 through 32-885 pursuant to theterms and authority of K.S.A. 10-116a and amendments thereto.
