Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 11.--BOATING AND WATER ACTIVITIES

      32-1150.   Scuba diving; rules and regulations.It shall be unlawful for any person to scuba dive in the streams orimpounded waters of thisstate unless and except in compliance with rules and regulations of thesecretary. The termscuba diving shall include any person diving orsubmerging in a body of water with the aid of any mechanical diving orbreathing device or suit.
