Article 11.--BOATING AND WATER ACTIVITIES

      32-1142.   Same; liability insurance for personsconducting course.The committee on surety bonds and insurance, within thelimitations of appropriations made therefor, shall purchase such liabilityinsurance as the committee deems necessary for the protection of personsengaged in conducting an approved boater safety education course of instructionagainst any liability for injuries or damages arising from the conducting ofsuch course by such persons.
