Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION Article 11.--BOATING AND WATER ACTIVITIES

      32-1137.   Severability.If any clause, paragraph, subsection or section of this act is heldinvalid, it shall be conclusively presumed that thelegislature would have enacted the remainder of this act without suchinvalid clause, paragraph, subsection or section.
