Chapter 31.--FIRE PROTECTION Article 7.--STATE FIRE MARSHAL COMMISSIONED INSPECTOR ACT

      31-705.   Inspectors, employment status,compensation.(a) An employee of a state educational institution who isappointedas a commissioned inspectorshall not be considered an employee of the office of state fire marshal.

      (b)   An employee of a state educational institution who is appointed as acommissioned inspector shallreceive no monetary compensation from the office of the state fire marshal forperforming powers, duties orfunctions of a commissioned inspector.
