Article 10.--COUNTIES DESIGNATED URBAN AREAS

      28-1010.   Provisions of 28-424, 28-425, inapplicable to officers andemployees under act.None of the provisions of K.S.A. 28-424 and 28-425 shall be applicableto any officer or employee whose salary or compensation is increased underthe provisions of this act.
