Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 9.--ELECTION CAMPAIGN FINANCE; CERTAIN POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS

      25-902.   Same; penalty.Any person violating any of the provisions of K.S.A. 25-901, as amended,shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall befined not more than one hundred dollars ($100).
