      25-4168.   Fraudulent campaign finance reporting; misdemeanor.Fraudulent campaign finance reporting is intentionally making any falsematerial statement in a report or statement made under the campaign finance act.

      Fraudulent campaign finance reporting is a class A misdemeanor.
