Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 23.--REGISTRATION OF VOTERS

      25-2356.   Registration of certain voters in all Kansas elections.Any person registered to vote for federal elections during theperiod from January 1, 1995, through the effective date of this act shall bedeemed to be registered to vote in all elections in Kansas, if otherwisequalified, upon the effective date of this act.
