Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 23.--REGISTRATION OF VOTERS

      25-2316e.   Severability.If any provisions of this act or the application thereof to any person orcircumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisionsor applications of the act which can be given effect without the invalidprovisions or application and, to this end, the provisions of this act are severable.
