      25-2301.   Proof of right of suffrage.Citizens who are entitled to the right of suffrage shall be ascertainedas provided in this act, except as is otherwise provided in K.S.A. 25-1215et seq. and 25-1801 et seq. The provisions of this act are ofstatewide importance and concern.
