Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 8.--LEVEES

24-813. Orders and regulations.The board of county commissioners of any county in which a levee may beconstructed are authorized to make and enforce all reasonable orders, rulesand regulations, not inconsistent with the existing law on the subject,which they may deem proper or necessary for the protection and maintenanceof such levee.
