Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 7.--DRAINAGE ON PETITION TO COURT

24-704. Pending proceedings.The provisions of this act shall apply to and govern, as far asapplicable, all proceedings now pending in the district court of any countyin this state, heretofore commenced under and by virtue of the provisionsof chapter 197 of the Laws of 1907.
