Chapter 23.--DOMESTIC RELATIONS Article 4.--ENFORCEMENT OF SUPPORT

      23-4,136.   Voluntary withholding.Any person who is the obligor under a support order of another jurisdiction mayobtainvoluntary income withholding by filing with the court a request for an incomewithholding orderand a certified copy of the support order of the other jurisdiction. The courtshall issue an incomewithholding order, as provided in subsection (i) of K.S.A. 23-4,107 andamendments thereto,which shall be honored by any payor regardless of whether there is anarrearage.
