Chapter 23.--DOMESTIC RELATIONS Article 4.--ENFORCEMENT OF SUPPORT

      23-495.   Same; duties.The court trustee shall have the responsibility:

      (a)   For collection ofsupport or restitution from the obligor upon the written request of theobligee or uponthe order of the court; and

      (b)   to compile a list of individuals who owe arrearages under a support orderor have failed, after appropriate notice, to comply with a subpoena issuedpursuant to a duty of support. The court trustee shall deliver such list to thesecretary of social and rehabilitation services on a quarterly basis or morefrequently as requested by the secretary.
