23-102. Incestuous marriages void.All marriages between parents and children, including grandparents andgrandchildren of any degree, between brothers and sisters of the onehalf as well as the whole blood, and between uncles and nieces, auntsand nephews, and first cousins, are declared to be incestuous andabsolutely void.
