22a-105. District attorney; salary; travel andsubsistence expenses.Each of the district attorneys elected under this act shallreceive an annual salary in the amount of no less than thesalary provided for district judgesin K.S.A. 75-3120g and amendments thereto. The salary ofeach district attorney shall be paid by thecounty comprising the judicial district in which the districtattorney is elected inequal monthly installments and in the manner county officers andemployees are paid. The district attorneys and their deputies andassistants shall be reimbursed for their actual travel and subsistenceexpenses incurred while in the performance of their official dutieswithin or without the district.
