      22-4502.   Same; procedure to obtain services for representation beforeappearance.The state board for indigents' defense services shall prescribe by ruleand regulation the procedure to be followedby law enforcement officials in obtaining the services of counsel fromthe panel for indigents' defense servicesto represent indigent personsdetained by such law enforcement officials prior to appearance before a court.
