      21-3758.   Certificate of titles; failure to show complete chain of title; penalty.(a) It shall be unlawful totransfer ownership to any vehicle, manufactured home or mobile home andfail toshow oneself on the transferred certificate of title.

      (b)   Violation of subsection (a) is a class C misdemeanor.
