21-3712. Destroying a written instrument.Destroying a written instrument is knowingly tearing, cutting, burning,erasing, obliterating or destroying a written instrument, in whole or inpart, with intent to defraud.
Destroying a written instrument is aseverity level 9, nonperson felony.
