      21-3421.   Aggravated kidnapping.Aggravated kidnapping is kidnapping, as defined in K.S.A.21-3420 and amendments thereto, whenbodily harm is inflicted upon the person kidnapped.

      Aggravated kidnapping is a severitylevel 1, person felony.
