21-3418. Permitting dangerous animal to be at large.Permitting a dangerous animal to be at large is the act or omission ofthe owner or custodian of an animal of dangerous or vicious propensitieswho, knowing of such propensities, permits or suffers such animal to go atlarge or keeps such animal without taking ordinary care to restrain it.
Permitting a dangerous animal to be at large is a class B misdemeanor.
