      20-3130.   Same; use and investment of idle funds.The trustees may invest any idle funds in investments authorized by K.S.A.12-1675, and amendments thereto, in the manner prescribed therein. The trustees may also direct that any funds collected may be used for anypurpose consistent with the establishment and maintenance of a law library.
