      20-3013.   Principal offices of court of appeals inTopeka; courtroomand quarters; authority to hold court in any county; facilities providedby district court chief judge.The court of appeals shall sit and maintain its principal offices in thecity of Topeka, and it shall be the duty of the secretary of administrationto provide a courtroom and other suitablequarters in Topeka for the use of the court of appeals and its staff.However, any hearing panel of the court of appeals may hold court in thecourthouse of any county for the purpose of hearing oral arguments incases before such court. When a panel of the court of appeals sits inany location other than in Topeka, the chief judge ofthejudicial district in which the panel is sitting shall assign a courtroomto the hearing panel for its use while sitting, shall provide suitableoffice space for use by the members of the panel and shall provide suchother personnel as may be needed by the panel.
