420.288 SUBMISSION AT SPECIAL ELECTION. The legislative body of said city may submit any amendment to the vote of the people as aforesaid at any special election, provided one-half of the electors as aforesaid petition for that purpose, and the proceedings shall be the same as at the general election.Section History: Early Form
