        420.136  DUTIES OF CITY CLERK.         The city clerk shall keep a certified list of delegates to the      city convention elected at the precinct caucuses and a record of the      precinct committee members elected at the primary election.  The city      clerk shall maintain a current list of all members of the city      central committee.  The certified list and records shall be      maintained by the city clerk for at least two years subsequent to the      election of the delegates and precinct committee members and shall be      available for public inspection.
