420.132 - COMMITTEE MEETINGS -- VACANCIES.

        420.132  COMMITTEE MEETINGS -- VACANCIES.         The city central committee shall commence performing their duties      on the day of the city convention and vacancies occurring therein may      be filled by the city chairperson subject to confirmation of the      central committee.
