362.10 POLICE OFFICERS AND FIRE FIGHTERS. The maximum age for a police officer, marshal, or fire fighter employed for police duty or the duty of fighting fires is sixty-five years of age. This section shall not apply to volunteer fire fighters.Section History: Early Form
