359.18 - COUNTY ATTORNEY AS COUNSEL.

        359.18  COUNTY ATTORNEY AS COUNSEL.         In counties having a population of less than twenty-five thousand,      where the trustees institute, or are made parties to, litigation in      connection with the performance of their duties, as provided in this      chapter, the county attorney, as a part of the county attorney's      official duties, shall appear in behalf of the township trustees,      except in cases in which the interests of the county and those of the      trustees are adverse.
