356.44 - RULES OF SHERIFF.

        356.44  RULES OF SHERIFF.         The county sheriff shall formulate rules for the conduct and      behavior of county jail prisoners.  These rules may include      provisions for county jail prisoners to do all necessary cleaning and      upkeep of cells, compartments, dormitories and day rooms.  Extra      penalties may be provided for intentional damage of county jail      property.  Such rules and regulations shall be approved by a district      judge from the district in which the county jail is located.
