347.31 - COMMUNITY RECREATION FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS.

        347.31  COMMUNITY RECREATION FACILITIES AND      PROGRAMS.         A county or city hospital may expend available funds for      establishment and operation of facilities, programs, and services      which provide health benefits to persons served by those facilities,      programs, or services.  Where appropriate, the county or city      hospital shall enter into an agreement pursuant to chapter 28E.
