331.216 MEMBERSHIP ON APPOINTIVE BOARDS, COMMITTEES AND COMMISSIONS. Unless otherwise provided by state statute, a supervisor may serve as a member of any appointive board, commission, or committee of this state, a political subdivision of this state, or a nonprofit corporation or agency receiving county funds.Section History: Early Form
