327G.25 CLOSING OF CROSSING FOR REPAIR OR UPGRADE. A railway corporation shall not close a railway crossing to the traveling public for more than thirty days for the purpose of repairing or upgrading the crossing. A railway corporation violating this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to a schedule "one" penalty.Section History: Recent Form
