327C.9 ORDER OF DEPARTMENT. Upon said hearing the department may prohibit the discontinuance of such agency or may make such other order as is warranted by the evidence produced at such hearing. But if no objections are filed the department may make an order permitting the railroad corporation to proceed with such discontinuance.
