324A.7 - URBAN PUBLIC TRANSIT SYSTEMS -- INTENT.

        324A.7  URBAN PUBLIC TRANSIT SYSTEMS -- INTENT.         An urban public transit system shall, to the extent practicable,      utilize private-sector operators in the planning and provision of      transit services.
