321.170 - PLATES FOR EXEMPT VEHICLES.

        321.170  PLATES FOR EXEMPT VEHICLES.         The department shall furnish, on application, free of charge,      distinguishing plates for motor vehicles exempted from annual      registration fees and shall keep a separate record thereof.
