306C.8 - AGREEMENTS WITH THE UNITED STATES AUTHORIZED.

        306C.8  AGREEMENTS WITH THE UNITED STATES      AUTHORIZED.         The department may enter into agreements with the United States      secretary of transportation as provided by Title 23, United States      Code, relating to control of junkyards in areas adjacent to the      interstate system, and take action in the name of the state to comply      with the terms of such agreements.
