306.33 HEARING ON OBJECTIONS. The board shall, at the final hearing, first pass on theobjections to the proposed change. If objections be sustained theproceedings shall be dismissed unless the board finds that theobjections may be avoided by a change of plans, and to this end anadjournment may be ordered, if necessary, in order to secure serviceon additional parties.Section History: Early Form
