306.32 HEARING -- ADJOURNMENT. The board shall proceed to a hearing on the objections orassessment of damages of any owner, mortgagee of record, and theactual occupant of such land if any of whom it has acquiredjurisdiction, or if there be owners, mortgagee of record, and theactual occupant of such land if any over whom jurisdiction has notbeen acquired, the board may adjourn such hearing until a date whenjurisdiction will be complete as to all owners.
