298.16 - JUDGMENT TAX.

        298.16  JUDGMENT TAX.         If the proper fund is not sufficient, then, unless its board has      provided by the issuance of bonds for raising the amount necessary to      pay a judgment, the cost of the judgment shall be included in the      district management levy.
