297.26 - SALE BY DEPARTMENT.
297.26 SALE BY DEPARTMENT. Any school building or any school site, the title of which is vested in the state of Iowa by reason of it having been provided by state mining camp funds for schools in mining camps, shall be sold by the department when the director of the department of education determines it is no longer needed for school purposes.
