285.16 - "NONPUBLIC SCHOOL" DEFINED.

        285.16  "NONPUBLIC SCHOOL" DEFINED.         As used in this chapter, "nonpublic school" means those      nonpublic schools accredited by the department of education as      provided in section 256.11 and nonpublic institutions which comply      with state board of education standards for providing special      education programs.
