277.3 - ELECTION LAWS APPLICABLE.

        277.3  ELECTION LAWS APPLICABLE.
         The provisions of chapters 39 to 53 shall apply to the conduct of
      all school elections and the school elections shall be conducted by
      the county commissioner of elections, except as otherwise
      specifically provided in this chapter.
