276.12 - USE OF SPECIAL TAX LEVY.

        276.12  USE OF SPECIAL TAX LEVY.
         If the voters of a school district have approved the levying of a
      tax pursuant to section 300.2 prior to July 7, 1978, moneys collected
      pursuant to the voted tax levy after said date may be used for
      community education programs.
